Silver, Gold, Platinum Member FAQ:


1. How do I become a Silver/Gold/Platinum member?

For Silver:

When you spent more than (RM 1,000 or AUD 350 or USD 250)  since 1st January 2019) in total orders in our store.

For Gold:

When you spent more than (RM 3,000 or AUD 1000 or USD 750)  since 1st January 2019) in total orders in our store.

For Platinum:

When you spent more than (RM 5,000 or AUD 1800 or USD 1250)  since 1st January 2019) in total orders in our store.


2. What do I get as Silver/Gold/Platinum member?

For Silver:

- 5% off Titan products

- 5% off gel and batteries (consumable)


For Gold: 

- Exclusive items zone access

- 10% off Titan products

- 10% off on gels and batteries (consumable)


For Platinum:

- Exclusive items zone access

- 10% off store wide, exclude Limited Edition products

- Free shipping protection for international shipping (Note 25th Nov 2020: This no longer being offered)




3. I spent more than the amount stated, why I don't enjoy such privilege yet?

- All your purchase must be done with your Monkee Mods WBB account (guest checkout is not counted as your total purchase)

- All walk-in store sales are not tied to your account either (please inform the staff to use your account to enjoy the extra discount)

- All your orders must be after 1st January 2020, previous orders are not counted as of time of writing

- It takes an hour or so for the system to refresh itself, check again later once you made your purchase


4. I always purchase offline in your store, how do I enjoy this benefit?

You need to register an account on our site first. When you make your purchase in our store, mention your name/email to our staff so they can link up your account with your purchase. Once you fulfill the minimum requirement, you will get to enjoy our members benefit.

6. Why do you need to restrict access to Exclusive Items Zone? 

We usually include limited stuff and also stuff that is deem more sensitive than other products that we offer. Due to the nature of the products, we place these items into this zone to limit unknown parties from viewing and purchasing the items.
